Lucky Strait
The Lucky Strait is a strait between the Ecian Peninsula and Idrun Island, connecting the Labella Sea with the Terril Sea. Some historians believe the name originates from Captain Luque, an explorer who charted the area in the first millennia, while others believe it is originated as a humorous misnomer by sailors, given its reputation as a dangerous passageway. Shallow, rocky shores in the summer and icebergs drifting down from the north during the winter make it a treacherous route for ships large and small.
