Yorite

Yorite is a white, chalky substance found in mineral deposits underground. It has been find in isolated deposits across the world, but the richest veins lie the eastern plains of the Etrusian Sea Region. The largest yorite mine sits atop this deposit in Direscot. It has many applications, as does jevrem, a refined form of yorite.

Jevrem

Jevrem is a substance created from the purification of yorite. It can be combined with other materials into a solid state ue transducer, the primary component of a transducer bomb.

Refining

Refining yorite into jevrem is a laborious and resource intense process.

Usage

Flux core

Jevrem is one of the primary materials used to build flux cores, the primary component of solid-state ue transducers, devices capable of converting electrical energy into magical energy. Ue transducers have existed for hundreds of years, but old designs converted kinetic energy instead of electrical.
