Etrusian Empire
The Etrusian Empire refers to any of three states which controlled the Etrusian Sea Region between the 5th century and 20th Century SE.
Yezroth Dynasty
The first Etrusian Empire was established by Gustanfon the Righteous in 476 SE with the conquest of Ithicoss at The Battle of The Three Rivers. It lasted until 721 SE with the fall of its capital Palaron to the Varenians.
Corath Empire
The Corath Dynasty, considered the second of the Etrusian Empires, was formed by William III after a successful capture of the Vareian and Asellite kingdoms in the 1068 SE. It lasted until the Hask Rebellion (1656-1665).
Hask Rebellion
The Hask Rebellion was a peasant revolt in the east Etrusian Empire against the Corath Dynasty. The rebellion began in 1656 with the burning of Jordenua Palace and the execution of Mekana XI. While the domestic population fought to seize federal control, the empire eventually fractured into fifteen states controlled mostly by the existing provincial regents.
Achnerian Federation
The Achnerian Federation was an economic and military alliance in south Niera that existed from 1942 to 1980 SE. It was formed in 1942 when its twelve member states signed The Treaty of Lapalon, agreeing to the terms of the alliance and creating the Achnerian Federal Council, a council of representatives from each member state. The council met four times a year and served to monitor compliance with terms, discuss federal action, and modify the terms of agreement. While the federation was never officially dissolved, its authority was no longer recognized after its last meeting in the summer of 1980. The meetings ended for a combination of factors, including the conquest of its biggest member state and several members growing dissatisfied with the terms of the agreement and the council's speed or ability to make changes.
